Good and Well Supply Co. is one of those rare small businesses that truly puts their cause at the center of their everyday business - in their case, celebrating the human connection with nature and giving back to the national parks that inspire us all to explore. We were tasked with expanding their existing brand toolbox, applying that expanded brand to their online presence, and elevating their digital shopping experience to showcase the same level of detail and personality as its products.
We wanted the website to feel like a true extension of the brand, and since illustration plays such a large role in their packaging we wanted to continue that theme on the website. We incorporated landscapes that change from day to night on scroll, natural patterns of leaves and icons to represent their values. We also broadened their brand toolbox, adding colors, fonts, and photo treatments to their existing brand standards.
To create a consistent feel across the website we shot most of Good and Well Supply's core catalog of products, both still photography and stop motion. We built tiny landscapes, staged cabin interiors, and even recreated swamp fog and ocean spray to capture the variety of landscapes in the national parks.
